GUINNESS STEAM WAGON ILLUSTRATION
I find there’s something truly captivating about early 20th-century engineering and vehicles. Recently, I created a new isometric drawing featuring one of these remarkable machines: a 1920s-era Guinness steam truck.
Back in the day, these steam-powered wagons were an essential part of the UK’s distribution network. Used throughout the 1920s, they transported goods across bustling city streets and winding rural roads. These steam trucks were reliable workhorses.
However, as technology advanced, diesel and petrol trucks gradually replaced steam wagons by the end of the decade. However, there’s just something timeless about these old machines
