Cellar of Scotland is born out of a partnership of Scotch Whisky Industry professionals with a combined 30 years of experience. We share our passion for Scotland's national drink, along with our expertise and carefully cultivated industry connections, to bring unforgettable experiences to Scotland's visitors.
From walking tours, bespoke whisky tastings and private tours. We provide expert knowledge on Scotland's legendary drink culture and history.
As locals, we are immersed in Scotland's history, architecture, and folklore, presenting our unique perspective and knowledge at each of our experiences.

Just like the national drink itself, the history of whisky in Edinburgh has matured and developed many curiosities and complexities. Our whisky walking tour guides you through the major city centre neighbourhoods from ancient royal burghs, opulent garden squares, rejuvenated shopping districts to the medieval vennels and meandering cobbled streets.
Stop at several iconic Edinburgh bars and restaurants to sample the diverse range of Scotch whisky.
A carefully crafted blend of whisky, history, and tall tales, this tour is the best way to explore the city and develop (or strengthen) your adoration of Scotch whisky.
Hosted every Tuesday and Thursday with private tours available on request for groups of four or more.

With over 14 years of experience in the Scotch whisky and premium spirits industry, I have designed a range of trade trainings, consumer tastings and masterclasses, as well as worked in collaboration with multiple companies to deliver their brand advocacy and activate into the Scottish licensed trade. I currently sit on the esteemed judging panel for the World Whisky Awards as well as guest writing for the Whisky Magazine. Previously I have hosted and sat on panels for The Single Cask, Wemyss Malts, Kingsbarns Distillery and The Scotch Malt Whisky Society.
